Officially introduced last month after nearly a year of testing, Microsoft’s Copilot for Android and iOS devices has received a major update that adds a new UI. This update will be rolled out in stages and brings a more streamlined look and feel specifically designed to help users take advantage of Copilot’s AI-powered features. With over 5 billion chats and 5 billion images created so far, Copilot is slowly becoming one of the largest. AI-powered tools are available. The chatbot developed by Microsoft allows users to not only create creative images but also customize the generated images by editing them directly within the app thanks to Designer.
Some of the features Copilot offers require a subscription, but almost all have free versions that allow users to at least decide if it’s worth paying for.
For example, Copilot Pro subscribers can not only customize images using the designer, but also resize and regenerate images between square and landscape without leaving the chat.
Finally, Microsoft announced that the new Designer GPT will soon be rolled out within Copilot, giving users a more immersive dedicated canvas within their chatbot.
Microsoft’s Copilot is free and works with Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. All changes announced this week are rolling out to iOS, Android, and web.
