WESTFIELD — Carson Swanson had another banner performance on the hardwoods Saturday, leading Westfield to a 59-43 nonleague victory over Buffalo Science.
The junior guard had 32 points, five rebounds, five assists and six steals, Zach McGwire had 11 points and 13 boards and Aaron Fuller added eight rebounds. The Wolverines, the state’s top Class C team, are currently 16-1 on the season.
Westfield led 23-10 at the end of the first quarter and 45-20 heading into the final period.
Jaleel Flowers led Buffalo Science (12-6) with 16 points, and David Daines chipped in with 11 points.
