Nichiha USA unveils new exterior material colors and designs for the first time at NAHB International Builders Show

Nichiha united states of america, a leading manufacturer of premium building materials solutions, is celebrating its presence at the 2024 International Builders Show (IBS) with an exciting new cladding offering that offers endless design options. The annual trade show sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Las Vegas, Nevada from February 27-29, 2024.

At IBS 2024, Nichiha will highlight its special value for residential and multifamily projects of all sizes. The Nichiha product family allows designers and installers to achieve a full range of minimalist, contemporary and traditional looks, some of which can be specified in custom colors with no minimum quantity requirements or additional costs. The brand’s unparalleled ability to offer architects and home builders endless avenues for expression and design can be seen in the products at the 2024 booth. New versions of the brand’s most popular products will be on display at booth C7507 for IBS 2024 attendees to experience and feel the Nichiha difference.

Some of Nichiha’s notable innovations include:

• The company is debuting new color options for its popular Vintage Wood AWP in Poplar and Blackwood hues to keep up with design and market trends.
• The show will serve as the unveiling of the brand’s new ConcreteBoard. ConcreteBoard is a cladding option that closely resembles concrete but retains the weight and offers new design possibilities.
• White Smoke also debuted at the show as a new shade for Nichiha’s Vintage Brick, offering a clean, traditional masonry look but without the need for a professional installer.

Although each product offers a different look, they all attach the same way using Nichiha’s Ultimate Clip System.

Thanks to a partnership with Cavco Builders, IBS attendees will also notice Nichiha’s VintageWood and Latura V-Groove exteriors on modular homes in the Pro Builder Show Village. The performance also matches the appearance. All Nichiha Architectural Wall Panels (AWP) incorporate a rainscreen system for optimal protection of buildings against even the harshest climate and traffic challenges.

Nichiha’s IBS booth will also showcase the brand’s lineup of premium plank sidings, including the undercoated Savannah Smooth, which offers the artisan look of lap siding and striking shadow lines. Sierra Premium His Shake comes in pre-primed and prefinished colors and faithfully replicates the luxurious aesthetic of Cedar Shake His siding, but without the associated maintenance. Also on display will be NichiProducts, presented in board and batten styles to highlight their adaptability to both trendy and traditional looks.
