Xiaomi’s Ultra series typically offers top-notch hardware along with a great camera experience on paper. We’ve already seen leaks of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra in recent weeks, and now even more specs have appeared online.
Leaker Yogesh Brar said, Posted Looking at the list of X’s apparent Xiaomi 14 Ultra specs, the phone looks like a premium flagship through and through.
Starting with the basic specs of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, it features a 6.73-inch QHD+ LTPO OLED screen, the latest and greatest high-end Android processor (Snapdragon 8 Gen 3), and a ~5,300mAh battery with 90W wired charging. Brar didn’t mention support for wireless charging, but all previous Xiaomi Ultra devices have offered this option, so it’s safe to assume this phone will have it too.
Xiaomi’s Ultra devices usually focus on offering a great camera experience, and the 14 Ultra is said to offer a comprehensive Leica-branded camera setup. Expect a 50MP 1-inch main camera with variable aperture, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a pair of 50MP tele cameras (3.2x and 5x). This is consistent with a previous leak, which also added that the main camera aperture will vary between f/1.6 and f/4.0. Otherwise, the 32MP camera is said to be available for selfies as well.
Other details mentioned in the spec sheet include Hyper OS on Android 14, an unspecified in-house chip, an IP68 rating, and more. In any case, we’ll be interested to see if this device makes it into the list of the best camera phones.
