A list of possible specifications for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has surfaced online, just a few weeks before Xiaomi is expected to officially announce the device.
Xiaomi will launch the Xiaomi 14 series globally on February 25th, following its debut in China last year. But the real excitement revolves around the top model in the lineup, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which promises the ultimate camera experience.
Often reliable tipster Yogesh Bhullar revealed the details in a post on X (formerly Twitter). According to the leaker, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature a 6.73-inch QHD+ AMOLED LTPO display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, as well as a massive 5,300mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging.

Brar didn’t mention anything about wireless charging, but given Xiaomi’s track record with Ultra devices, it’s safe to say that this phone will also support wireless charging. And under the hood, the flagship is equipped with a great Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
Xiaomi’s Ultra series has always packed a punch with killer hardware and a camera setup that looks promising on paper. Like its predecessor, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a quad-camera setup with a large 50MP 1-inch sensor with Leica optics, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP 3.2x telephoto camera, and another 50MP 5x telephoto camera will be included. Brar adds that it has his 32MP camera on the front, which allows you to take the best selfies.
The tipster revealed details including an IP68 rating, which means the Xiaomi 14 Ultra can be immersed in up to 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes. As for the software, the device runs his HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box.
