War on Drugs have announced details of a UK and European tour scheduled to begin later this year. Please see below for ticket details.
New dates announced today (February 13) will see the Grammy-winning Philadelphia band head across the pond for a series of live shows this summer.
The tour, which will all take place in July, will begin with three dates in the UK, followed by two remaining dates in Europe.
To kick off the tour, we were joined by Adam Granduciel and friends. will play their first performance at Liverpool’s Mountford Hall venue on July 9th, followed by two consecutive performances at London’s Royal Albert Hall two days later (July 11th-12th).
At the London show, support will be provided by Clientele on the opening night, but previously NME Cover star, NewDad, opens second.
From there, The War on Drugs continue the tour with a show in the Netherlands on July 15th, before finishing off with a final show in Denmark two days later (the 17th). Tickets go on sale this Friday (February 16th) at 10am local time. Go here to purchase and find the complete list of dates below.

The War on Drugs released their latest studio album, I Don’t Live Here Anymore, in 2021, and the LP received glowing five-star reviews. NMEhe described it as a “soul-stirring epic.”
“Adam Granduciel took an open approach to arena-filling glory…The 42-year-old has found life’s rugged path through soul-searching Americana, and with obsessive drive… I have mastered my craft,” he wrote, adding: “There’s magic everywhere you look in this album’s triumphs.”
In addition to their UK and European dates scheduled for this summer, The War on Drugs will also perform at Kentucky’s Bourbon & Beyond Festival in September, as well as performing at Belgium’s Cactus Festival. They are also scheduled to perform at the festival (July 14th). Malakoff Festival (July 19th) and Bukta Festival (July 20th) in Norway.
