COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Archery has announced two 2024 coaching grant opportunities. They are the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access Coach Education Grant and the College Coach Grant.
Eligible coaches can apply for grants for the following events:
- 2024 USA Archery Virtual Level 4 Course
- 2024 USA Archery Virtual Symposium
- 2024 U.S. Archery Coaches Workshop
Guy Krueger, USA Archery Director of Education commented:
“This year’s Virtual Symposium and Coaches Workshop is gearing up to be informative, innovative and highly educational for our participants, and we look forward to seeing the skill levels of all of them improve. ”

Cassandra Pelton, USA Archery Level 4 coach and Georgia Southern University Southern Eagles archery team coach, added:
“It has allowed me to develop myself as a coach by completing my Level 4 coaching certification, keeping up to date with virtual symposiums, and providing the opportunity to network with some really great people in the sport.
“I am currently the Assistant Director of the Shooting Sports Education Center in Statesboro, Georgia, and I attribute my growth to that position in part to a coaching grant I received. .”
Applicants should carefully read the requirements for each event before completing their application. The deadline to apply for these grants is May 10, 2024.
