Untitled Art, an independent trade show held every December in Miami Beach in parallel with Art Basel, has been acquired by South Florida Ventures, which is rapidly expanding its portfolio with a focus on luxury lifestyle brands from the Sunshine State. It was done.

The South Florida Ventures portfolio is led by Ken McAvoy and is catching up with other fast-growing shows in the Florida region’s luxury lifestyle space, according to a press release. The latest edition of Untitled Art, the 12th and largest with over 160 stands, was held in December 2023. The next fair will be held from December 4th to December 8th of this year, with a VIP preview on December 3rd. A team of guest curators will join Untitled Art to guide exhibitor presentations, and the fair will expand its Nest section dedicated to emerging nonprofit art spaces.
Untitled Art is the latest independent art fair to join a series of acquisitions by major corporations. Last year, both New York’s Armory Show and Expo Chicago were acquired by London-based Freeze.
