The Great Khali, the biggest Indian name in World Wrestling Entertainment history, recently met the world’s shortest woman, Jyoti Amge. The wrestler, whose real name is Dalip Singh Rana, shared a video of him lifting the world record holder on his own social media platforms. Many were surprised to see the two together in the video, which highlighted the obvious difference in height and body size.
A video that is currently going viral online shows Ange being easily lifted up by Carly with one hand. He then performed some flying motions on her before setting her down. The world’s shortest woman was seen smiling and giggling. “This video makes her The Great Kali Dhaba,” the caption of her short video reads.
The post has garnered 92 million views and more than 2 million likes on the platform since it was shared. Many users responded in the comments section.
“She’s having fun,” one person commented.
“As you can clearly see she enjoys it spontaneously. This is a video made for fun between the biggest Indian and the smallest Indian. No violation of consent. Kali How many times have you seen someone share screen space with a woman and act like that?” a user said.
A third said: “Disgusting”
“They are both happy and respect each other’s company,” the source added.
On the other hand, Amge is only 62.8 cm tall and was born on December 6, 1993. She hails from Nagpur, Maharashtra and has traveled to various countries since setting the world record. Meanwhile, her height is due to a type of dwarfism called achondroplasia. She is shorter than the average 2 year old. She appeared as a guest on the reality show Bigg Boss in 2012. According to her official website, Amge joined the fourth season of American Horror Story: Freak Show in August 2014.
