It’s never too early to start planning for future vacations, and popular budget airlines are rolling out deals to help travelers save in 2025.
Oslo, Norway-based Norse Atlantic Airways recently released its flight availability through 2025, which includes a number of flights to Europe for less than $200 one-way.
Flights from New York’s JFK Airport to London Gatwick Airport (LGW) are available for $122 one-way through January 2025, and flights from Las Vegas (LAS) to London (LGW) are available for $191 one-way during the same period.
Travel + Leisure We found some additional flight discounts, including:
- Miami (MIA) to Berlin (BER) for $163 one way on March 12, 2025
- New York (JFK) to Paris (CDG) on January 12, 2025 for $162 one way
- Orlando (MCO) to London (LGW) for $152 one way, March 10, 2025
The discounted fare is North’s Economy Lite level of service, which includes only one personal item and incurs a $200 change fee. The next level, Economy Classic, offers more amenities, including a personal item, carry-on baggage, standard checked baggage, meal service and general boarding. For price comparison, a flight from New York to London Gatwick in January costs $122 for Economy Lite and $212 for Economy Classic, almost $90 more.
The discounts also apply to travelers considering a trip to Europe later in the year or in the fall: For example, T+L found one-way tickets from New York (JFK) to Rome (FCO) on October 28 for $199 and from New York (JFK) to Paris (CDG) on November 29 for $162.
Travelers hoping to see the Northern Lights can fly from Miami (MIA) to Oslo (OSL) in November 2024 for just $183 one-way.
Although the current summer travel season is seeing record passenger numbers, all of North Air’s discounted tickets are offered during off-peak times, known as the “shoulder travel season” because fewer people are traveling, making it easy to save on airfares, hotels, cruises and more.
