Since STOCK Luxury Homes, a division of award-winning STOCK Development, unveiled its first model in Caymus, Caymus has been the talk of the town and a must-stop destination for new homebuyers.
Caymus, a beautiful new resort-style community in Stock, is located on the east side of State Route 951 and less than two miles south of I-75.

STOCK’s first two models include Birchwood III and Cambria III.
Birchwood III is a three-bedroom, den/two-and-a-half bathroom home with 2,431 square feet of underfloor space and 3,736 square feet, including a side-entry three-car garage. Based in Bonita Springs, it features interior design by Colleen Wilson of the award-winning Collins DuPont Design Group.
Caymus’ Cambria III model features a large island counter with a sink and stainless steel appliances.
Cambria III is a three-bedroom, den/three-and-a-half-bathroom plan with 2,627 square feet of floor space and 4,033 total square feet, including a side-entry three-car garage. It features interior design by Chantal Warmoth and Hillary DiSabato of Naples-based Pizzazz Interiors.
“Both of these models beautifully represent the style of homes that STOCK builds throughout this community,” said Leger-Wetzel. “Their interior design ideally reflects the great Florida lifestyle that our residents enjoy every day.”
Pulte Homes offers four beautifully designed floor plans in Caymus, two of which are also models.
The Brixton is a one-story, three-bedroom, den and three-bathroom home with just under 3,000 square feet of floor space. The Regency Grande is a two-story, five-bedroom home with a den and loft, two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, and more than 4,100 square feet of floor space.
The Caymus Clubhouse is approximately 30,000 square feet and features a resort-style pool and lap pool.
All four models debuted at the Collier Building Industry Associations Parade of Homes in late March.
“The timing of the parade couldn’t have been more perfect,” Reger Wetzel said. “Our on-site sales center had only recently opened and the first two of the eight planned models were completed and equipped when the parade began. We launched and sales have been amazing. What a great start!”
As of early April, STOCK had sold more than 40 homes in Caymus.
“Our goal for the year was to sell 60 units, so like I said, this is a phenomenal start,” Leger-Wetzel commented.
