OKLAHOMA CITY – The Science Museum of Oklahoma has created a newly renovated Science Live! auditorium now open.
The Science Museum of Oklahoma is Oklahoma’s only interactive science museum and one of the largest science museums in the nation, spanning over 390,000 square feet.
Thanks to a partnership with OG&E, the Science Live! Auditorium features extensive improvements to accommodate more impactful shows, including a new interactive entrance, updated sound and lighting systems, larger screen monitors, and enhanced safety features. Renovations have been made.

Science live! It includes interactive experiments, demonstrations, and scripted interactions and is designed to be educational and entertaining for guests of all ages.
“We are excited to reintroduce Science Live,” said Shelley Marshall, John E. Kirkpatrick President and CEO of the Science Museum of Oklahoma.

Science Live Enhanced! Shows are scheduled multiple times each day and include new energy-focused shows and guest favorites featuring fire-throwing and science explosions.
Attendees will have the opportunity to witness impressive experiments, participate in hands-on activities, and interact with knowledgeable science educators.

The Science Museum of Oklahoma showcases the relationship between physical science and everyday experience. The museum is influencing the way Oklahomans learn about science through interactive exhibits, discovery-based activities, astronomy shows, Science Live!, and other mediums.
