ST. LOUIS — The Science Center was named in the top five in two categories of the Best 10 Readers’ Choice Awards on Friday.
The center was ranked No. 3 on this year’s list of Best Free Museums and No. 5 on Best Science Museums, USA Today announced Friday morning.
This is the third consecutive year the center has ranked in the top five in these award categories, according to a press release from the center. In 2023, it was ranked #2 Best Free Museum and #5 Best Science Museum.
“We are honored to be recognized so highly and consistently among our peers through the USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.”,” said Todd Bastian, Center President and CEO.
The center’s mission is to “inspire everyone to be curious and engage in science,” and our colleagues “take great pride in providing unique experiences for our guests in our building and around the community.” I am.”
Categories are announced every other Monday throughout the year. After 10Best Awards nominates his 20 subjects within each category, a panel of experts will select the subjects from among them that can enter the contest. Voters include readers and other people who vote once a day within a month on the 10Best website.
