When Google introduced the Pixel Watch (the company’s first Pixel-branded smartwatch), consumers were disappointed to learn of its complicated repair process. We were even more disappointed when the Pixel Watch 2 launched and Google didn’t update its repair instructions.
Finally, Google is making the changes they’ve wanted all along. Starting today, you no longer need to contact a Google Customer Care representative directly to initiate a Google Pixel Watch 2 repair. Google announced this news on a new support page with updated repair instructions.
You now have a mail-in option for non-warranty repairs. Go to Google Store and scroll to the bottom[修理]Click and enter the required information. When it comes to repair instructions, be sure to select the mail-in option. Verify your payment information and process your transaction. After that, all you have to do is mail in your broken watch and wait for your replacement to arrive. Replacement items do not include the box, band, or charger, so be sure to keep them.
This works on both Wi-Fi and LTE versions of Pixel Watch 2. Unfortunately, Google did. do not have This change can be applied to any version of the original Pixel Watch. If you own that model, you’ll have to chat with customer care to initiate a replacement, which is very disappointing.
