Rachel Lindsay is slamming her estranged husband Bryan Abasolo for exaggerating their “glamorous” lifestyle in his January divorce petition.
In Lindsay’s response statement, obtained exclusively by Page Six on Thursday, the former “Bachelorette” star said she “does not agree” to Abasolo’s request for spousal support and attorney’s fees.
“I’m not as well-off as he thinks I am,” wrote Lindsay, 39. “Plus, there’s no way I could pay his lawyer $75,000 for a simple divorce proceeding. If I did, I wouldn’t have enough money to pay my own lawyer.”
The former lawyer claims he has “approximately $88,500 in non-severance funds” and that his “financial situation has changed over the past few years.”
Lindsay currently co-hosts the “Higher Learning” podcast with Van Lathan.
“I’ve had sporadic social media deals, but my main source of income from 2023 onwards will be my work for Spotify,” she explains.

Abasolo, who met Lindsay while competing on “The Bachelorette” in 2017, filed for divorce on January 2.
“Brian and I have always maintained separate bank accounts (checking and savings), credit cards, retirement accounts, and brokerage accounts. We did not have any joint accounts during our marriage,” she wrote, having previously revealed that the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement.
“From October 2019, before I moved to Los Angeles, until March 2021, Brian and I shared all household expenses. I spent my income and he spent his income,” she said.
“Since moving to Los Angeles in March 2021, I have paid for housing, pet care (including food, medicine, daycare, boarding, vet fees and pet insurance), Brian’s health insurance, and Brian has paid for our gardener and contributed to some of our household expenses.”

“We went on one sponsored trip to Mexico with another Bachelor couple while we were married,” Lindsay said, adding, “We did not pay for this trip.”

Lindsay said the restaurant Abasolo named in his declaration was ” [they] I visited frequently.”
“For example, we went to Mother Wolf once to celebrate a special occasion, and Brian paid for the meal,” she says.
Lindsay claims that because Bryan often worked late nights and she traveled frequently for work, she and Abasolo “rarely went out together or even had monthly dates.”
