Google introduces nine new features to the Android ecosystem

At the ongoing MWC 2024 expo, Google announced new features to improve the Android ecosystem. With the help of AI, Google summarizes messages (and group chats) in Android Auto mode to reduce distractions while driving. So, with a single tap, you can reply to relevant messages, share your estimated time of arrival, and even start a call.

To improve accessibility, Google introduced a way to listen to AI-generated captions for online images, photos, and photos you receive in Messages. His Google Lens in Google Maps has improved support for screen readers, making it easier to understand your surroundings and points of interest. You can also choose from several markup tools to add your feedback, including different highlighters, pens, and colors.
Spotify cast support in Android volume control
Android finally supports Spotify Connect in its native media switcher. This means that when you’re playing media via Spotify on a Google Cast-enabled device (like Google TV), you can control the volume and playback controls from your phone’s volume control center.
Ware OS
Wear OS-based smartwatches, such as the Galaxy Watch 4 (and later), will now be able to view loyalty cards, membership cards, passes, tickets, and more in the Google Wallet app. Previously, this feature was not present on his Wear OS devices and the user had to take the phone out of his pocket to do the job.
On Wear OS devices, Google Maps shows you more information at a glance. As you commute to work, you’ll see bus, ferry, and train numbers on your wrist.
