The future of AI is here.
The world’s first AI beauty pageant will judge AI-generated contestants competing for the title of “Miss AI.” This competition is the first in an awards program presented by the World AI Creator Awards (WAICA) and its first partner, Fanvue, a subscription platform that hosts AI content.
According to WAICA’s website, the organization is “dedicated to recognizing the achievements of AI creators around the world,” and the Miss AI contest recognizes contestants for “beauty, skill, and winning the crown of Miss AI.” They will be evaluated based on their ability to influence opportunities.
The judges will consider classic factors such as appearance, poise and answering questions, but contestants will also earn points for their technical skills and implementation of AI tools. Finally, the judges will consider a contestant’s reach on social media, i.e. their rate of audience growth and how they engage with fans on the platform.
A press release from WAICA said the contest “represents a monumental leap forward, coming almost 200 years after the world’s first real-life beauty pageant was held in the 1880s.”
The judges for Miss AI include two of the world’s biggest AI creators: Aitana Lopez and Emily Pellegrini. Both Lopez and Pellegrini are completely digital personas, gaining millions of followers and even brand deals. The remaining members of the panel include leading pageantry historian Sally Ann Fawcett and marketing guru Andrew Block.
Judges will determine first, second and third place winners, who will receive prizes totaling over $20,000. Winners will be announced on May 10th, and an online awards ceremony will be held later that month.

He continued, “We jumped at the chance to become the inaugural partner of the Fanvue World AI Creator Awards, which celebrates talent and technology, and we look forward to continuing to raise the bar within the industry.” Miss AI is just one of his awards as part of the program, and we share the vision of WAICA becoming the Oscar of the AI creator economy. ”
