Milwaukee’s Odd Duck was named to USA TODAY’s list of America’s Best Restaurants.
The USA TODAY Restaurants of the Year 2024 list, released today, features 47 restaurants ranging from fine dining to counter-service seafood shacks.
“The Odd Duck team is extremely proud to be named to this inaugural USA Today Top Restaurants list,” said co-owner and chef Ross Bachhuber. “(Co-owner Melissa Buchholz) and I aren’t doing all of this alone. Odd Duck is a little unique in its collaborative and exploratory approach to menu building. The investment and love we put into our place is evident in our guests’ eyes who dine with us. ”

USA TODAY Network’s food journalists from across the country combined their expertise to select the list. The list includes places they know, love, and recommend.
Odd Duck was chosen for its long-standing dedication to serving an ever-evolving menu of sophisticated dishes inspired from around the world, beautifully presented and never pretentious. Just over a year after moving from its cozy Bayview nook to a larger space at Walker’s Point, the restaurant still maintains its warm, vibrant charm, making it the perfect place to stop by for a bite to eat. It continues to be a place that welcomes diners of all types, from crowds to people stopping by for a bite to eat. Cocktails for those celebrating a special occasion after work.
