Microsoft Outlook added new features to its Android and iOS apps on Monday. These features were introduced as part of an app update for both platforms. What’s new in the Microsoft Outlook iOS app?

On Android, the Outlook app update brings improved functionality for events, search, calendar, and boxes, and Microsoft says users can now search past events for up to a year, compared to the previous six-month limit.
Additionally, a Teams tab has been added, from where you can search for Teams chat messages, and when you select a message, the same will open in the Teams mobile app – Microsoft claims that users who don’t have the app will be redirected to the Google Play Store instead.
The same functionality introduced on iOS is also coming to Compose and Events, and Microsoft said an update to Outlook for Android fixes an issue that prevented the single sign-on flow for Microsoft 365 accounts from succeeding in some cases.
These features were introduced in version 4.2418.0 of the Outlook app for Android and iOS.
Microsoft Copilot on Telegram
In another recent development, Microsoft has integrated its artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot, Copilot, into Telegram, with a limit of 30 turns per day, allowing Telegram users to converse with the chatbot, ask questions, and browse the internet.
The feature is currently released in beta and is available to all users for free.
