ATL-Legal-Tech-Non-Event-Promo-Image-1b-editMost lawyers view social media as a distraction or just a marketing tool. But that’s not all.

In fact, social media platforms are incredible resources for gathering business intelligence. I once heard that “the more you know, the more you grow.” Harness the power of social media to access new sources of business intelligence and become an A-list star in business development and management.

In this episode of the Non-Eventcast podcast, Betsy Munnell of E.H. Mannell I appeared on the show to talk about leveraging social media for business intelligence.

We also touched on various other technology topics.

Host Jared Correia begins by talking with Betsy about how she went from being a lawyer herself (3:53) to coaching lawyers in business development (6:52).

Betsy then explains how you can get your lawyers involved in social media (11:39) and how you can use those tools to gather business intelligence related to your practice. (16:14)

Betsy then talked about what Twitter (well, X — probably) is like now. of Breaking News Service (21:40) — Meanwhile, LinkedIn is a great place to meet and connect with other professionals (24:22).

Finally, Betsy mentioned the value of customer relationship management (CRM) tools for law firms (28:21), and then concluded with her thoughts on the future of AI in legal practice (31:30).

If you’re not getting the most out of your social media platforms, it might be time to expand on how you use them. Start by listening to this refreshing podcast episode.

Please feel free to check it out as well. CRM buyer guide Visit Non-Events for more up-to-date resources. (Non-events are supported by vendor sponsorship.)
