Some iPhone 15 users are still experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues, according to complaints on the Apple Support Communities and MacRumors forums. Ever since the iPhone 15 series appeared on the market, users have been suffering from the instability of his Bluetooth connection.
There have been some complaints suggesting that the iPhone 15, and even the iPhone 15 Pro models, frequently lose connection with older Bluetooth devices, such as headphones or in-car systems that don’t have CarPlay functionality. This conversation started when a user reported problems with his iPhone 15 Pro Max Bluetooth connectivity on his BMW 2014 model.

Users thought that the iOS 17 iteration would resolve these issues. Unfortunately, no software updates addressed this issue. With each iteration of iOS 17, Bluetooth issues tend to resurface. The latest reports come from users who updated to iOS 17.3.1. So it’s clear that Apple hasn’t addressed this issue yet.
At this time, the root cause of these issues is not clear. This issue continues to occur on iPhone 15 and 15 Pro models. Unfortunately, restarting, resetting the iPhone, and other common fixes didn’t seem to work in this case. Some users have replaced their iPhones to resolve these frustrations.
