To begin play Saturday, St. Louis will face St. Joe’s for the second time this season. St. Louis won the first game on January 10th, 88-85. St. Louis sits at the bottom of the A-10 standings, but defeated La Salle on Wednesday to end its losing streak at six. Meanwhile, St. Joe’s suffered a blowout loss at home to Dayton on Tuesday, losing an 11-point lead.
Later in the day, the 15-8 Patriots will play the USA, as will the 13-9 Wildcats. Both teams started the season well but have struggled recently. George Mason has won two of its last eight games but lost three straight, while Davidson has lost six of its last eight games with Wednesday’s win over Duquesne.
