The Fitbit app is rolling out a major redesign of its sleep stats page that we first spotted last month.
Updated on 4/15: The sleep redesign will be rolled out more broadly through a server-side update.[今日]The tab will display your Sleep Animal/Profile below the main card. This will bring you to a revised page that won’t display your past history as before.


Original 4/10: Last year saw a major overhaul of the Fitbit app’s Material You, but not all health stats were updated. Sleep, heart, readiness, stress management scores, and health metrics were omitted, but Google is now starting to improve that.
The new Sleep page is divided into four tabs at the top: Day, Week, Month, and Year. Fitbit says it has “redesigned the sleep experience to make it easy to see all the information you need about last night’s sleep at a glance.” This starts with your sleep time and score in numerical and circular/speed dial format.

In the previous iteration, the week view was started, so you had to select the day. Information about last night’s sleep was divided into his 3 cards/pages.
The next sleep timeline has the ability to “know exactly what time you woke up last night” by long-pressing the graph.
It then displays “sleep details” such as estimated oxygen variability, sleep heart rate, snoring, as well as restlessness and monthly sleep profile.
Other top tabs let you “see how your sleep patterns have changed over time.”
As of this afternoon, this sleep redesign has not yet been widely rolled out in the Fitbit app on Android or iOS. Google says it will start rolling out today and be fully available within the next few days.
