Nichita Glukov
Nichita Gurkov is ACLED’s European and Central Asia regional specialist. He has been working for this organization since his January 2023. Hita holds a Master’s degree in International Politics from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the State University of Moldova. He previously worked on the conflicts in Moldova and Ukraine.

Nicolas Audibert
Nicola Audibert is ACLED’s Deputy Research Manager for Western Europe and has been with the organization since September 2020 as a European Research Fellow. He currently helps manage the Western Europe desk and produce its data and analysis. Nicola holds a master’s degree in European Security from the University of Vienna and joint bachelor’s and master’s degrees in European Affairs from the Bordeaux University of Sciences and the University of Turin. Nicola has five years’ experience in diplomacy, research and advocacy as applied to European affairs and security.

Christian Vlas
Christian Vlas is a European researcher specializing in Belarus, Moldova and Romania. His work experience includes his four years of reporting on Moldova and Transnistria conflict resolution for Moldova.org, as well as his ongoing consulting on the use of small arms and light weapons in Moldova for SEESAC’s Armed Violence Monitoring Platform. Also includes projects. Christian holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Corvinus University in Budapest, Hungary and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Integration from the University of Pécs, Hungary.
