Do our leaders, “experts” and experts want World War III?

At least within the circles in which I operate, those who encounter intentionally created insanity and danger openly acknowledge that insanity and danger, and for reasons of self-defense and survival, want it to stop as soon as possible. I hope so.

At the top of the list of insane and dangerous events on Earth that could threaten us, I would put starting World War III. But the more I believe it to be true, the more this subject and threat seems irrelevant to many others. This includes some leaders, foreign policy “experts,” liberal and conservative commentators, and many celebrities.

In an article he wrote for Fox News earlier this week titled “Morning Glory: Israel’s War for Survival,” highly respected conservative commentator Hugh Hewitt wrote: Of these four of his podcasts, he primarily focused on Israel’s war for survival. If I relied solely on traditional American media, I would have a severely distorted view of the war and would be blind and stupid to the vast amount of important data about the war. ”

I happen to strongly agree with Hewitt regarding the censorship of news coming out of that war by America’s legacy media and the deliberate casting of shadows on Israel. Acknowledging that, my first two questions to Mr. Hewitt, who (like many others) seems to support Ukraine fighting to the last Ukrainian in a war with Russia, is that: That’s right. Why doesn’t he make the same argument about traditional media censorship? All the news about the war between Ukraine and Russia? And secondly, why doesn’t he report all the news coming out of Ukraine himself?

Most specifically, why doesn’t he report on the shocking and despicable casualty numbers that came out of that war? I believe Mr. Hewitt is one of the best in this business, but even the best can have blind spots.

Last August, U.S. officials estimated that about 500,000 Russian and Ukrainian troops had been killed or wounded since the February 2022 invasion of Russia. A former U.S. intelligence official recently told me that military casualties now exceed 1 million. The intention of some who called for Ukraine to be inserted into Russia’s war machine was to use its own citizens as cheap, disposable pawns to fall victim to a proxy war to weaken Putin and Russia. Then those people need to reevaluate their silo thinking. . While Ukraine’s pieces are being crushed, Russia may turn the tide.

Many of us rooting for Ukraine to fight to the last Ukrainian, while existing in a bubble of luxury known to only one percent of the planet, thousands of miles from the battlefield, are the same. It’s like singing from a hymn sheet. President Putin is evil and must be destroyed at all costs. ” Understood.

This bumper sticker policy, delivered from the back of a limousine or private jet bound for Aspen, may sound great, but what are the consequences? If the “American legacy media” Hewitt had justly denounced it, and honestly and consistently reported on the horrific toll, we would know more. But…that’s not the case. Many of them don’t want tens of thousands of dead or severely injured bodies to get in the way of a bumper-sticker narrative.

While U.S. and British defense contractors are lining their own pockets, and many of our nation’s leaders, experts, and commentators continue to pressure Ukraine to wage war, a third Some people are calling for an immediate ceasefire to prevent a world war. Unfortunately, in most cases, those voices are not heard.

Not heard because America’s legacy media chose to ignore them. So did most “leaders”, “experts” and commentators around the world.

But these days, thankfully, some people say the quiet parts out loud. One is Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk. With World War III increasingly becoming a reality, Tusk said: “War is no longer a concept of the past. It’s true, it started more than two years ago. The most worrying thing at the moment is that literally any scenario is possible. Since 1945, such a I have never seen the situation.”

“Any scenario is possible.” And that “any scenario” is becoming more dangerous every day. As Newsweek reported last month, “NATO brings missiles closer to Russia’s borders.”

Mr. Hewitt and others may cheer such a move, but I find it chilling. Just last month, President Vladimir Putin told the West that Russia was technically “ready for nuclear war” and that if the United States sent troops to Ukraine, it would be seen as a significant escalation of the conflict. He said it would be. Also last month, there was an exclusive article from CNN that said, “The United States has ‘rigorously’ prepared for a possible Russian nuclear attack on Ukraine in late 2022.”

This is the fuse of madness that ignites into an inevitable explosion.

While we Americans are fussing over identity politics, legal issues interfering with presidential elections, or the president’s mental health, we are one step closer to nuclear war.

Our leaders, “experts” and various experts are very intelligent people and have definitely solved this problem. This begs the question: Would some people not care about a limited nuclear war?

How else can you explain constantly ignoring or ignoring the unthinkable?
