atlanta – After nearly six months, the Atlanta Braves are back and ready to have an even better season than last year.
The Braves’ first game of the season will be played in Philadelphia on Friday afternoon after Thursday’s game was postponed due to rain.
“For me, there’s this idea of, ‘Can you honestly evaluate yourself? How good are you?’ I don’t want to be super mental here, but if you try as hard as you can, If we mess up, we’ll honestly know,” Braves pitcher Spencer Strider said.
There is no better place to test yourself than playing in the same place and against the same team where you finished a great season last year. The team won 104 games over the season, but lost to the Phillies in Game 4 of the NLDS. This year, the Braves said they are working to prevent that from happening.
