It looks like Google is building a feature in Android 15 that will automatically turn Bluetooth back on every day if you turn it off.
Android 15 build strings were discovered by people at the following sites: Android permissions You’ll see an “Auto” feature that turns Bluetooth back on if it was previously turned off. Specifically, it will automatically turn back on “tomorrow” the day after you turn it off.
It will automatically turn on again tomorrow
Why is Google promoting this?
One of the strings describes features that rely on Bluetooth being enabled, such as Quick Share and soon Find My Device networking. A similar string will also appear within the Settings app.
When Bluetooth is on, your device can communicate with other nearby Bluetooth devices. Features like quick share, find my device, and device location use Bluetooth.

Apparently, the code for this feature has already been submitted to AOSP and is not limited to Android 15. So it’s entirely possible that Google will make this change only for its most advanced users. However, interestingly, it does not work on all Android devices.
