Apple’s latest iPhones have been out for six months now, but some people are still struggling to deal with some particularly nasty bugs. The owner of iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max devices has reported an issue where some of his Bluetooth devices are unable to stay connected to his latest devices from Apple. I am.
Similar issues have been reported not long after the iPhone first launched in September 2023, and it was assumed that whatever was going on would be fixed in a subsequent software update. But as March 2023 approaches, a new report from MacRumors says things aren’t getting any better. MacRumors cites a report from its own forums stating that older Bluetooth devices, such as some car systems, keep disconnecting from the iPhone.

The report includes people running various versions of iOS, including the latest iOS 17.3.1 release, making it clear that this is not a bug that Apple has squashed yet. However, the report points out that some iPhone owners were told that the issue would be resolved in a future iOS 17 update, but so far that hasn’t happened.
Users say they’ve tried restarting or resetting their iPhones to no avail, while others report that in some cases, simply having Apple replace their iPhone with a new one has resolved the issue. Unfortunately, getting Apple to do that isn’t always an easy task, making it even more of an annoyance for those suffering from this problem.
