Both devices are made of metal and glass. Well, the Xiaomi 14 also comes with a vegan leather backplate, but that model is also available in China. We’ll focus on the global variant here. Both devices have flat sides but are slightly curved towards the edges. Both phones feature flat displays and nearly flat backplates. However, despite their similarities, they feel different in the hand.

The iPhone 15 Pro’s display has a pill-shaped notch and very thin, uniform bezels. Xiaomi 14 has a central display camera hole and very thin and uniform bezels. When it comes to battery life, we found the Xiaomi 14 to be consistently better.
