Amsterdam, March 27, 2024 – Stellantis is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexandre Soler as Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis Financial Services for Europe and South America, effective April 1, 2024. Alexandre Sorel is a graduate of the Reims School of Management and has spent his entire career in the automotive sector. Since 1994 at PSA Peugeot he has held various key financial roles within the Citroën Group. He joined his banking operations in 2009 and in 2015 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Banque PSA Finance. He was involved in the acquisitions of Opel and Vauxhall in Europe and facilitated the partnership with BNP Paribas. In 2017 Opel became CEO of Vauxhall Finance and in 2023 became leader of Stellantis Bank, which covers all Stellantis brands in Germany, Austria and the UK.
