Jackson’s Stamps Super Burger was one of just 47 restaurants chosen by USA TODAY for its list of top restaurants in the country.
Stamps, a Black-owned, family-owned business, has a loyal following and a welcoming atmosphere. Stamps serves juicy burgers, fries, and an atmosphere you can’t help but love. Co-owned by Phil Stamps Sr., who greets everyone who walks into Stamps, the restaurant has been in West Jackson’s Washington Addition neighborhood since 1986.
There are many other restaurants in Jackson that are known for their fine dining, atmosphere, and great food. These are the ones that should be on any list of top restaurants.
Here are just 10 local restaurants we wish were on the USA TODAY list (in alphabetical order).
