Remember Motorola? It’s the name of the company that created one of the most popular flip phones in the early 2000s.
Well, a new smartphone with a higher resolution screen than the iPhone has just been announced for just £89.
The company never stopped making cell phones, but once Apple and Samsung began dominating the world stage, Motorola took a step back.
As smartphones evolve, Motorola’s new Moto G04 phone is a great value.
Apple announced its most expensive smartphone lineup last year, with the iPhone 15 priced at $799/£799, the iPhone 15 Pro ($999/£999), and the iPhone 15 Pro Max ($1,199/£1,199).
Similarly, Samsung’s latest Galaxy S24 devices cost $799/£799 for the 128GB device, and a whopping $1659/£1549 for the 1TB device.
The Moto G04 features a 6.6-inch HD+ display with a screen that includes 90Hz technology at a fraction of the cost. On the other hand, the iPhone 15 only has his 60Hz.
This means smooth, high-definition graphics as you scroll through social media, play games, and stream.
Android handsets come with side-mounted fingerprint scanners, which is a must-see feature for iPhone owners.
The dual-lens camera allows you to take DSLR-style portrait images and also comes with the ability to automatically retouch your selfies.
Similar to iPhone and Samsung devices, the Moto G04 has high brightness and nightlight modes that adjust the screen depending on your surroundings.
Dolby Atmos technology is built into the device to deliver great sound on the go while streaming.
Motorola also promises that apps will load faster thanks to the octa-core processor.
However, please note that the Moto G04 has a splash-proof design and is not completely waterproof.
Available colors are Concord Black, Sea Green, Satin Blue, and Sunrise Orange.
