This is my worst nightmare…
One man shared a viral video on TikTok, telling viewers how dissatisfied he was with his experience at the T-Mobile store.
He explained that he went to the store to trade in his phone, but no personal information was transferred.
And he had some incredibly important information in there: He told viewers that the video and audio files of the abusive relationship that he planned to use in court are also gone. Told.
The man even offered to pay the difference so he could keep both phones, but “they said, ‘No, that’s not possible, they traded them in and this is our phone now.’ ” he explained. If you go out with this cell phone, it will be stolen. ” Well, that’s funny, because all my **** wasn’t transferred. ”
The man said he was leaving town on vacation, and the T-Mobile employee said they would make sure the data transfer was completed while he was gone…and while he was on vacation, he got a call.
The employee wanted to send a code to his old cell phone so he could erase all the information. I was also told that if I didn’t give them the code, my trade-in would be canceled and I’d be charged the full amount.
he said: “So you’re not going to honor the lack of a trade-in, and you’re going to charge me full price for that item even though I traded it in and you have my phone?”
What a pain in the neck!
Let’s watch the video…
@Lord Dutcher Can my lawyer suggest anything I can do? @T-Mobile destroyed several hours worth of evidence that I needed in court. And thousands of potential $$ content for me.Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

And here’s how people reacted:
Some people think this is their fault.
Another TikTokker agreed…
And this audience is a Spectrum fan.
That’s strange!
Come on, T-Mobile!
