It’s no secret that the 2024 World Championships won’t have the same prestige as other competitions.
For all the medals won and world championship honors for athletes, we all know that many of the world’s best swimmers are absent as they choose to maintain traditional training schedules in the run-up to the Olympics. know.
Of the 22 swimmers who won world individual titles in Fukuoka, only seven will compete in Doha.
So, knowing that more than two-thirds of the current world champions (15 out of 22) will not be competing, and that 24 of the 34 individual events will not be contested by previous gold medalists, I would like to ask our readers what they think.
