Chelsea Piers Athletic Club will host its inaugural Health, Active Lifestyle and Outdoor Adventure (HALO) Expo on Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This immersive expo brings together like-minded organizations and community members to help attendees live a healthier lifestyle through a series of exhibits focused on health, wellness, tourism, lifestyle, apparel, and more. It can give you strength on your journey towards.

How big are the buildings at Chelsea Piers, CT? Well, on the top floor of the building, one of those giant shed-like buildings with blue and white checkered walls, and a soccer field (for a basketball court). (There is also space for) is included in its entirety. The other has a long row of tennis courts. The tan/gray-roofed building just behind Chelsea Pier is the headquarters of NBC Sports.

This is the interior of one of the shed-like blue-and-white checkered sections of the building seen in the aerial photo above. The photo shows only a small portion of the indoor space on the top floor. The 100-yard indoor turf field is located in a climate-controlled environment. Chelsea Piers can host soccer, lacrosse, football, Ultimate Frisbee, and more.

During the Expo, there will be a variety of workshops from health and wellness experts, interactive exhibits from a variety of vendors, fitness demonstrations, activities offered by Chelsea Piers, and more. The 30-minute classes include yoga nidra, pilates, “Ninja Drop In” and aerobic dance.
Greta Wagner, executive director of Chelsea Piers Connecticut, said, “We hope that attendees at the expo will not only receive physical products, but also the knowledge, tools and inspiration they need to make positive changes in their lives. I hope that he will return home with a deeper understanding.”
HALO Expo will feature classes and giveaways.
HALO Expo is open to the public, and Chelsea Piers expects to draw visitors from throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties and surrounding areas.
“Chelsea Piers is already a health and wellness hub,” Wagner said. “At HALO, we want to invite our community to a unique event that inspires, educates and motivates individuals to seek new opportunities to improve their health and well-being.”
Chelsea Piers Connecticut opened in 2012. The club offers a variety of sports, activities and events for people of all ages, in addition to a 65,000 square foot luxury adult fitness club.

It will be held on Saturday, February 10th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Chelsea Pier, 1 Brushley Road in Stamford, about a mile from Darien. (From East Main Street, turn left onto Blatchley Road and turn right just after passing the McDonald’s restaurant on the corner of two streets.)

Two huge swimming pools on Chelsea Piers. It’s actually part of two pools. There is also a third one. From the website: “Chelsea Piers has three swimming pools, including an Olympic-sized 50 meter indoor pool with movable bulkheads, an indoor instruction pool and an exercise pool. Facilities include a Jacuzzi, men’s, women’s and family-friendly swimming pools. It includes locker rooms and a mezzanine observation area with seating.”
