If the product is under warranty, consumers also have the option of repair or replacement.
In addition to that, the new law will also introduce a standardized repair information form for use by repair companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. This form is also issued to the consumer at no additional charge, but the repairer can charge a small fee for diagnostic services that need to be performed on her Android or other device.
