As FP’s Sasha Polakow-Slanski writes, in bringing the genocide case against Israel to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), South Africa dared to “take on the global problem of radioactivity. There is virtually no discussion.” Ban In Washington. ”

By omitting Hamas and limiting its case to crimes of genocide, Pretoria lost an opportunity to halt the fighting, writes Chile Eboe Osuji.
