Meghan Markle has had a “huge struggle” finding someone to help her with her new lifestyle brand, according to a royal commentator.
In March, Meghan announced a new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, but details about the company have been scarce so far, though it has been revealed that it will focus on home, garden, and general lifestyle content.
Royal biographer Angela Levin told GBN America that the duchess has reached a “dead end” with the venture.
She said: “She’s very upset about what’s happening to this American Orchard Rivera. She’s not happy with the way the jam has been received. It’s become a bit of a laughing matter and she sent it to about 50 friends and only a few have responded.”
Meghan launched her lifestyle blog earlier this year.

“Everyone is saying she’s in a bind. Things aren’t moving forward. She’s struggling to find a CEO to run the business, she’s struggling to find a chef. People have come to check on her and they say she’s very meticulous about everything.”
“She’s too demanding and they don’t want that. They’re chefs doing good jobs, not people to learn from.”

“So, I’m kind of stuck, but she has 150 things listed on the link and has applied for a world patent.
“Some things [she will be selling] They have everything from A to Z, including cloth gift wrap, cocktail napkins, meditation maps, pillows for household pets, and more.
“We’ll have to wait and see what she does. I think she’s finding it a lot harder than she thought it would be.”
“I think she thought she would arrive on a boat and everyone would think it was great. I think she knew her stuff. But the reality is, it’s a lot of hard work.”
Angela Levin said there was a “stalemate.”

Last month, Meghan gifted 50 jars of strawberry jam with the numbers 1 to 50 handwritten on them to influencer and celebrity friends, including Chrissy Teigen and her “Suits” co-star Abigail Spencer.
The Duchess is expected to officially open American Riviera Orchard later this spring, a source told People magazine.Magazine: “Meghan thinks the name American Riviera Orchard is perfect. It feels authentic to her.”
“She can’t wait for the website to launch. She’s excited about her latest personal venture.”
“This is something she’s wanted to do for a long time. She’s excited to share her style and what she loves.”

Meghan’s American Riviera Orchard brand strawberry jam seems like a perfect fit for the couple’s recent Netflix binges.
Meghan will be launching a Netflix show that will “celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining and friendship.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed a five-year production deal with Netflix in 2020, reportedly worth $100,000.
