A Russian nuclear attack on European targets is inevitable, a political expert warned in a fiery rant on Russian state television.

“We want to change the future of Europe. Gentlemen of Europe, you have messed up the present,” political scientist Dmitry Evstafiev said on Vladimir Solovyov’s political program, broadcast Thursday on Russia 1 TV channel. “I’m doing it,” he said. “You chose these fools to lead you, but we are changing your future. [currently] This means that between 200 million and 250 million Europeans were killed or injured. ”

Evstafiev specifically mentioned Paris, saying the French capital would be the target of a hypothetical attack, adding that Americans would be “okay.”

A video clip of the speech was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Anton Gerashchenko, Ukraine’s interior affairs adviser.
