(Manchester, IN) – The Manchester Elementary School Robotics Team needs your help to compete in the World Championship.
Last Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium, Manchester Shiners 1 and Manchester Shiners 2 qualified for the World Championship for the second year in a row.
The girls team won the state championship in the “drive-off,” and the boys team finished fourth in the skills category at the state tournament, qualifying for the world championship.
Team members include Chase Hamlett, Lincoln Graff, Landon Stroud, Wyatt Heman, Grayson Merida, Brody Doller, Piper Cole, Charlie Fox, Kaylee Brewer, Tegan Faffle, Jocelyn D’Amico, and Gabby. It’s He-Man.
The team needs a $15,000 donation to cover necessary expenses such as hotel rooms, meals, and transportation. If additional funds are raised, they will be stored in your Robotics account for future use.
Checks should be made payable to Manchester Elementary School. The names of businesses, organizations, and individuals who donate will be added to the team’s banner, which will travel with the team to Dallas.
The World Championships are scheduled for April 25th to May 3rd.
