Today’s Google Doodle combines art and science to join in on the total solar eclipse frenzy

For the solar eclipse in August 2017, Google created an animated doodle depicting two aliens playing volleyball with the moon. The moon rotates in a circle through the air, partially covering the sun. Google’s logo is covered in stars and appears above two space creatures.

On Friday, Google joined in on the eclipse frenzy by adding a cool animation that gives users a free and interactive feel.
