Right-wing commentator Alex Jones recently hosted an X-Space event to discuss “what globalists are planning for the impending total solar eclipse.”
Guest Andrew Meyer told viewers that solar eclipses fall on dates in the Hebrew calendar that could push new energy into the coming year. Jones described Meyer as “an expert in this field.”
“Globalists clearly want to promote a lot of evil, negative energy,” Meyer said.
“They want to inject negative energy into the New Year’s seeds every year, because that’s what they harvest.”
Infowars guest host Alex Jones also discussed the idea that scientists studying solar eclipses are using them for “evil plans.”

And some people on the internet are claiming that the end of the world will begin in Carbondale, Illinois on Monday.
Influencers incorrectly mapped the eclipse’s “total path” and showed it covering six to eight locations called Nineveh.
Nineveh is mentioned in the Bible, so theorists place religious significance on the false map.
In fact, this path that shows where the total solar eclipse will be seen covers two Ninevehs. Others will see a partial solar eclipse.

But theories continue to be stirred up about the eclipse’s path.
When combined with the path of the 2017 U.S. solar eclipse, they form a cross. The center of that cross is Carbondale, Illinois.
If you live in Carbondale, that means you’ll be lucky enough to see two total solar eclipses in seven years. According to influencers who were debunked on TikTok, it also means the end of days has begun in your city.
This theory has been debunked by other influential people such as University of Birmingham religious scholar Dan McClellan.
“The solar eclipse on April 8 means nothing other than the moon being between the Earth and the sun,” he said.
There are also rumors that the United States will be in darkness for several days, but in reality it could remain dark for several minutes in some areas.
There are theories that food will run out, phones will no longer work, and electricity will be cut off.
