Pallia joined Wipro in 1992 and has held key leadership positions including President of the Consumer Business Unit and Global Head of Business Application Services.
Most notably, he served as CEO of Americas 1, which oversees Wipro’s largest and fastest growing market, and played a key role in shaping the company’s vision and executing its growth strategy across diverse industry sectors. That’s what happened.
Pallia’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. She further honed her leadership acumen through executive programs at prestigious educational institutions such as Harvard Business School and McGill Executive Institute.
Apart from her professional endeavors, Paria, affectionately called Srini, finds solace in outdoor activities such as hiking.
