He is an obvious player to be named Player of the Season and is certainly a key figure in Gareth Southgate’s England plans.

Foden bought a £2.8 million house in Cheshire in cash when he was still a teenager.
He bought it for his parents and continued to live with them until 2021.

The car he was driving was an all-electric hatchback ID.3.
It costs up to £40,000 and has a 150kW electric motor powering the rear wheels, but it can’t compare in speed to the Lamborghinis and Ferraris that grace the City’s training facilities.
The ID.3 goes from 0-60 mph in about 7.9 seconds, but has a top speed of only 99 mph.
However, it is the perfect starter car for new drivers.

Foden admits that she has fallen behind on fashion and style in the past, but has since focused on her jewelery line.
In 2023, the Champions League winner teamed up with London-based brand Cernucci.
Inspired by a mix of hip-hop, football and street culture, the shoes have become a celebrity favorite.
Rapper Don Toliver, Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford and actor John Boyega are all fans.
Foden has already released two collections with the brand, which were shared in a glossy photo shoot.
The collection includes chains, rings, bracelets and earrings made in 18K gold and white gold plated with 5A grade stones.
All are reasonably priced, with some chains selling for just £137.99 online.
favorite hobby
When Foden wants to relax, he indulges in his favorite hobby.
It’s a passion that the likes of Paul Gascoigne and David Seaman have also enjoyed to take their mind off the pressure of the game.
Fishing is Stockport Iniesta’s favorite hobby.
Foden once trekked to Spain, where he caught a 130-pound catfish.
“I was probably about 6 or 7 years old and my dad had my dad’s fishing rod and he said let’s go and try it out,” he recalled.
“I fell in love with it and started going every weekend. I still remember the first time I caught it.
“It wasn’t that big of a deal, just learning, but the excitement of getting it for the first time.
“I think it’s the buzz that makes me want to go again, but it’s also the chance to relax, unwind and spend time with my dad.
“I think it’s really good to rest your legs after a game and I think it’s really fun.
“There are tactics: knowing which spots to fish, knowing where the fish are, fishing different lengths…
“There’s a lot going on behind the scenes, but when I have an odd day off, I simply fish. I’m no expert, but I still manage to catch some.
“I basically love all kinds of sports, but I don’t do anything other than fishing.”
