Computer Emergency Response Team of India (CERT-In) has issued a high severity alert dated April 2, 2024. As noted by CERT-In, these security vulnerabilities exist in Apple products and could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on a targeted system.
This vulnerability exists in Apple products due to an out-of-bounds write issue in WebRTC and CoreMedia. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a victim to access a specially crafted request.
