The Outstanding Women in Medicine List recognizes Castle Connolly’s female physicians who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, expertise and dedication in their fields, according to a press release.
According to the release, the following U.S. public health physicians received this certification:

- LaDonna M. Crews “Pediatrician specializing in complex care at USA Health.”
- Donna Lynn Dice “I am a breast and endocrine surgeon at USA Health and a professor of surgery at the Whiddon School of Medicine.”
- Karen A. Fagan “He is triple board certified in internal medicine, critical care medicine, and pulmonary disease and is an accomplished clinician and researcher at USA Health. She is a professor of internal medicine and pharmacology at the Whiddon School of Medicine and pulmonary He is the director of critical care and the director of the Pulmonary Hypertension Center at USA Health, which he helped establish after moving to Alabama.”
- Felicia L. Wilson “I am Professor of Pediatrics and Director of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at Whiddon School of Medicine.”
