PITTSBURGH — It happened again. Pittsburgh event receives high honors in national USA Today reader poll.
This time, Picklesburg finished as the No. 2 specialty food festival in the United States, according to 10best.usatoday.com voters.
USA Today praises Pittsburgh’s “pickling spot for everything” and will return to Arise Boulevard in downtown Pittsburgh from July 19th to 21st.

“One weekend every July, downtown Pittsburgh transforms into Picklesburg as giant Heinz Pickle balloons take to the sky,” USA Today reported. “Attendees can expect a variety of pickle-infused dishes and cocktails, as well as a pickle juice drinking contest, live entertainment, pickle goods and a ‘Lil Gherkins’ play area for kids.”
