President Joe Biden will win Hawaii’s Democratic presidential election on Wednesday, continuing his quest for the party’s nomination in 2024, CNN predicts.
Biden handily defeated four other candidates, including little-known entrepreneur Jason Palmer, who won the American Samoa caucus on Tuesday. Self-help guru Marianne Williamson. Minnesota Rep. Dean Phillips withdrew from the race early Wednesday.
Voters also had the option to select “no commitment,” indicating they were expressing dissatisfaction with Biden without endorsing any of the other options.
