Notably, Trump, who did not participate in the debate, refused to sign such an oath of allegiance.
Haley also said on “Meet the Press” that she is concerned about whether Trump will follow the Constitution if he wins a second term.
“You always want to think someone will do that for you, but I don’t know,” Haley said. “When you go and talk about revenge, what does it mean when you go and talk about revenge?”
