US robotic commercial mission lands on the moon
On February 22, Intuitive Machines’ Lunar Lander Odysseus touched down near the Moon’s south pole, marking the first lunar landing as part of NASA’s CLPS Initiative and Artemis Campaign.
Intuitive Machines will help NASA conduct science experiments and technology demonstrations on the moon in support of lunar exploration in advance of the Artemis astronaut lunar mission and, ultimately, manned missions to the moon. We are one of several companies working together to Mars.

NASA Administrator Talks Science with Space Station Crew
During an Earth-to-Space call on February 21, NASA leadership discussed scientific research and technology demonstrations being conducted in the orbiting laboratory with the International Space Station crew.
This includes research that could improve our understanding of the causes of age-related bone loss in humans, as well as small robots that can be controlled remotely from Earth to perform surgeries in space.

Crew 8 goes into quarantine for a mission to the space station.
Members of NASA’s upcoming SpaceX Crew-8 mission to the International Space Station recently went into quarantine, one of the last major milestones before heading to Florida for final pre-launch activities. .
The crew, including NASA astronauts Matthew Dominick, Michael Barratt, and Janet Epps, will conduct research, technology demonstrations, and maintenance while on the space station, with launches currently taking place from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Scheduled by March 1st.
All major structures forming the core stage of NASA’s SLS (Space Launch System) rocket for NASA’s Artemis III mission are structurally complete. Artemis III rocket’s propellant tank takes shape
All major structures forming the core stage of a space launch system, or SLS NASA’s Artemis III mission rocket is structurally complete.
Engineers at NASA’s Michaud Assembly Facility recently completed welding a 51-foot-tall liquid oxygen tank structure. The Mega Rocket’s other huge propellant tank, the liquid hydrogen tank, is also a fully welded structure. Both tanks will be part of the rocket used for the first Artemis mission, which plans to land astronauts on the moon’s surface near the moon’s south pole.
